I've been a summer resident in North Wildwood for 74 years. I am a WWII veteran. I am the victim of the S.S. notch group. I bought my house like everyone else. I pay my taxes and bills like everyone else. I shop here. I don't use city services for eight months. Why then am I not entitled to the real estate discount?
