To the spouter who requested information on North Wildwood fighting MBT owners from becoming commercial condos: North Wildwood was behind the seniors from day one when the first lawsuit was filed to protect the building as being a senior building. City Council and the mayor have fought with us all the way to keep the landlord from taking the only affordable senior housing in North Wildwood away. It appears the landlord is trying to convert the building to commercial property, and council and the mayor have remained steadfast in the support of the seniors. Kudos to them!
