If some taxpayers took the time, they would see that the big salaries are spent on the supervisors and department heads, not the employees who are seen day in and day out making your city look good. So, when you see that employee doing whatever it is to make your city look nice, thank him or her for doing their job because they may just be getting by, and that may make their day.
