In response to the spouter who thinks it's the responsiblity of the disabled to inform city hall of trip hazards on the North Wildwood boardwalk and not the public works dept.: It is typical of today's society to have everyone else do the job of the people who should be doing it. Can you not see the boards and splitting of the wood?
