In a Republican-held Bridgewater, NJ district, Rep. Ro Khanna, a California Democrat headlined a town hall meeting on April 21st that drew of a crowd of thousand because Republican Congressmen have quit hosting in-person events with Voters. He fielded two and a half hours' worth of questions, outlasting the majority of people who came out to hear from him. In response, Rep Tom Kean Jr. Kean hosted a telephone town hall on March 26 that lasted about 30 minutes. The second-term Republican answered a dozen voters' questions, which were screened by staff and read out by a moderator on the call.
