Regarding the spouts about how NWPD won't arrest people who assault others, unless they (NWPD) personally witness the event, even if there is video evidence: There are cameras all over the boardwalk. Are you telling me that someone can sucker punch me on the boardwalk, causing bodily harm to me, and despite the entire event being videotaped, NWPD can't file any charges? My only remorse for justice is to file a civil "complaint?" If this is true, why even have a police force?
