Reading online in your paper,about the city of NWW,issues with the DEP,& the Mayor calling it a misunderstanding,really. Sounds like its ok for him to have a so called misunderstanding but,go back several years with Hereford Lighthouse with paperwork for a grant & he removes & locks the Friends of the Lighthouse out. Maybe the voters of NWW should have a recall of him & his cronies for the misunderstanding with the DEP.
