RE: The Stone Harbor comment "Who are the K&A people? The area in Northeast Philadelphia is known as Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. Many years ago, there was a gang called the K&A Gang. During the summer they would come to Wildwood, specifically looking to get into fights around the clubs on Pacific Ave. or on the boardwalk. They were bad news. Being a local, my friends and I avoided them at all costs. Today, there is a weaker version of them that visit the Wildwoods. Still a rough crowd.
