North Wildwood / Philadelphia - Plastic bags are prohibited in New Jersey. Why are there plastic poopy bags as I walk along 2nd Street and in other locations in North Wildwood. I am a dog owner and we need to figure out other environmental friendly means for disposal not plastic.
Moderator's Note:
The law applies to single-use plastic shopping bags, not pet waste bags, which are still allowed in New Jersey.
