North Wildwood / Philadelphia - I recently spent a week in North Wildwood where we have come for years. On July 7, I parked in front of a house at 200 East First Avenue. I came back to find a ticket for blocking a driveway. I may have been an inch over, but was not blocking the driveway and the people living there could go in and out with no problem.
