To the person who responded to a spout regarding the shame election held recently at the Greater Wildwood Elks. The majority of the members are seasonal residents and can not attend regular meetings, but more would have attended the secret election if they were notified via mail or email. Somehow the news letter has not been sent out via either medium in the past couple of years. I don't think this is a coincidence. It has become an organization of many, run for the benefit of a few. It is in need of a total change of officers from the top to bottom.
