In the past, I have gotten a letter about my grass when it was barely ankle high, yet there is a house between 17th and 18th on New York Avenue that has waist high grass in the backyard. It has not been cut yet this season. The owners manage to have the front grass cut. Is it allowed in North Wildwood to save money by only cutting the front grass? If so, I think I will save a few bucks myself.
