The owner of Marina Bay Towers had plans to build a 12-story building on 5th Ave. at the bay for affordable family housing. The residents of the current building are trying to get the state to take over the excising building and stop turning 80 percent of the building into condos and rental units. Is this new plan fair to the citizens and taxpayers of North Wildwood?
