Our car broke down a few months ago, the only way to get to the store is to walk, so we walked to Super Fresh in North Wildwood. We asked them if we could use their cart to bring our food home a few times over the past few months and there was no problem as long as we brought it back. As we were walking home, four cop cars passed us and waved. We got three houses away from our year-round residence when a cop stopped us and asked why we had the cart. We told him they let us use it. He said you know it is against the law. I said no I did not know that. He then proceeded to write us a ticket.
