The officials are getting rid of the long standing little gem by the sea amphitheater due to "flooding potential" and relocating on the notorious flood prone southwest corner of NW behind that dumpy "shopping center" that's been the ugliest lot on the island for decades? Look at the current swamp to the north of it as well. Yuck! Bad idea.
