N,W, a beach town with out a beach, I don't understand last september N.E. winds blowing for days N.W. rakes north end fluf up sand so it blows down Surf Ave. End of october N.W. weed wacks between wall and sidewalk on 2nd so sand blows into st. There are no signs ( keep off ) between wall and dune fencing North wWldwood needs to do more thinking.
