Now North Wildwood is raising parking permit fees and expanding the service areas to park. They claim the two per unit spot requirement for new construction isn't enough to handle demand thus the parking issues. Typical, they created the problem with planning and zoning changes years ago, even changed the distance requirements for crosswalks and now they want taxpayers to pay for their sins.
