Again, North Wildwood is stat driven, just like any other agency, and is not quota driven, ticket quotas don't exist. However, I do see shopping carts leaving Super Fresh, CVS and Dollar General all the time. Also, cops just don't issue summonses for no reason, especially in today's world. The person who received the ticket obviously must have "earned" it, probably by being disrespectful. Don't knock the profession until you've worked the profession.
