North Wildwood

A nice comparison between Hoboken's and Five Mile Island's fire department headcounts. Although one spouter noted the large population in the summer, they failed to understand that the increase in population is only for three months. Other beach towns hire temp. workers for three months to manage the large influx of tourists. Three-month hires do not get vacation, and sick and personal days, in addition to pensions, with the exception of North Wildwood. They hire temp. workers for six months so they can at least collect unemployment for six months, which I think is also wrong on many levels.
