A new WalletHub report reveals that sky-high grocery prices are hitting folks across the economic spectrum but the Deep Red Southern States are feeling the crunch the most. Blue State New Jersey households tend to spend less of their income at the supermarket, with only 1.5% of the median monthly household income going to food expenses. Fellow Blue States Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut are doing well also behind NJ. Swing State Pennsylvania is in the middle of the Pack.
