Man, Covid vaccines are right around the corner,Thank God, here's how they should be distributed; 1) Health care workers and first responders. 2) Any and all essential workers. 3)Teachers and pupils if pediatric testing proves a high efficacy. 4) All states(in order) who have accepted the Medicaid expansion since 2014. These states have already proven that they care more about their constituents and their lives than their Corporate Donors. Then give the vaccines to the most decimated populous of these states first.
