Major US companies are giving tens of millions for police reform and ant-racism changes. The response is a significant departure from years past, when many large companies preferred not to talk about police killings or the role of racism in the U.S. It has become clear that without solid presidential leadership and with a divided congress, nothing will get done in Washington, so corporate America is stepping up to the plate.
