Mack Trucks is the first victim of American manufacturers being hurt by Trumps policies. There will be more. And to be clear, this is not a case of having to suffer for the greater good. A manufacturer like Mack does not have the capacity to make every part needed. It would take decades for them to build that capacity. Trumps tariffs are not going to work in the short term or the long term. Period.
