Leaving town via NW Blvd., approaching Beach Creek Bridge, leaves a negative last impression of our community. There is a line of blighted, dead trees along the road that need to be cut down. Is the property on Illinois Ave. a commercial or residential property? Whichever it is, it should be in compliance with zoning, especially regarding signage.
