In the last several years,the city of NWW,has bonded money for beach replenishment, buildings, equipment etc. Where are the buildings, equipment,etc? As,for the beach can't the funds come from the federal level? Our taxes keep going up because of some of the above but,yet, there is new construction around. Seems as,if the Mayor & his council do what the Mayor wants not,what is good for the taxpayers & residents.
