Kudos to North Wildwood lifeguards and their pensions! What one doesn't understand is that the head lifeguard was against changing the pension to a 20 and out several years ago because the council and mayor were wholeheartedly against it and because it would cost more money for the city and raise taxes. It would be nice if someone explained why the change.
