just because weed is legal, it doesn't allow you to smoke it anywhere you want. You are not allowed to smoke it in public areas. It is not allowed on beaches, boardwalk or sidewalks. It is against the law to smoke in your own yard if the smoke or odor affects the neighbors. I do believe it can be a good drug to treat different illnesses but that doesn't give you the right fire up a joint anywhere you want.
