North Wildwood

It's sad to read about the demise of Atlantic City due to it's inability to downsize the cost to manage the city with a few less casinos and adapt to new competition in Pa. and N.Y. Since AC is losing market share to neighboring states I thought that best action would be to recapture that lost market share. Why wasn't a suggestion made to place fixed multi-level floating casinos in the Delaware River in Camden and the Hudson River in Bayonne? One level of the floating casino can be managed by the remaining casinos to help bolster their sagging revenues and regain lost market share.
