It is very upsetting to see no handicap ramp going up to the gazebo on 3rd Ave. On several occasions I have seen handicap people who could not get up on the platform to enjoy the shade and view of the ocean. Also, families with babies are not able to get their strollers up to go to the beach. What good is it if it's without a handicap ramp?
