It may be time to register and insure the electric scooters and bikes. These vehicles are easily faster than 20 MPH. They are being used in the middle of the streets and also flying down the boardwalk. Someone is going to be seriously injured. But, after thinking about it for 10 seconds, this also would be an unenforced law!!!
