The issue at Margaret Mace school in North Wildwood is not bullying but lack of proper leadership. The administration refuses to do what is necessary to remove "dead-weight"employees who are just doing the least amount possible to collect a paycheck. These people use up money that could be put to better use hiring teachers who will do the job. Consequently, Special education students are getting inadequate services. Administrators just put on band-aids rather than solve the issues. Wake up Board of Education!!
