The island schools have summer programs the entire month of July. Why are the school-only parking zones surrounding the schools not being enforced? Driving around the blocks 10x, parking in no parking zones, double parking and the such is not safe, especially for the very little kids. If the parking zones were enforced, parents would have a safe drop off area for the kids.
