If the Irish Fall Festival is cancelled for 2020 the bars on Olde NJ Ave. should not be allowed to promote Irish Fall festivities. It's only going to draw the crowds. Who will be able to enforce social distancing? It's common sense, put an end to it before it begins. PEOPLE BEFORE PROFITS. A lot of events were cancelled in 2020 and people were disappointed, this is an event that draws big crowds - and they will come if the bars have entertainment & promote it. I've been to every Irish Fall Festival and I can do without this year due to the circumstances. Do the right thing.
