I wish coad enforcement could come up with a new order that home owner with trees must maintain them only to a certain size. In fall all the leaves get in the storm drain. I'm personally tired of cleaning up leaves,all over my property from trees that aren't even mine. I power blow them out in the street ,that's against the codes but it's not my tree or mess. Make a new code.over grown trees must professionally be cut..I even have neighbor tress 9 ft over hang into my yard. We need a new law.make a code.
