I try to utilize local tradesmen for work when I can, even though there is a stigma about the quality and proper training of sole proprietor businesses. A year later, an item completed by a tradesman has become loose. I inform the tradesman and over a period of a couple of months I am told he will fix it, which would require about 15 minutes of work. It's been five months now.
