I purchased a home in North Wildwood four years ago hoping this would be my second home. Memorial Day weekend I had to endure endless groups of teenagers with no respect for the people of this town. I saw many litter and not pick up their trash. I was almost hit by a car while crossing at a green light only to have kids in the cars laugh while they sped off at a high rate of speed. Where are the police to control this bad behavior?
