I hope North Wildwood will start policing the New York Ave. seawall better. Thugs are taking over with public urination, foul language and constant alcohol and drug use, not to mention the litter left behind is ruining a nice place. I was there for a good stretch over the June 14 weekend; not one cop or parking meter attendant ever came by. It was horrible.
