I am the spouter who wrote about making the gated area at Allen Park a dog park. Apparently someone responded that we have enough dog parks. Seriously? Obviously this spouter doesn't own a dog. I count two. One in Wildwood and the NW Beach "Dog Park", which is lame. Yes, I take my dog into the Allen Park area marked NO DOGS anyway. Why not, no one else uses it. And NO, it is not enforced because I think the City workers feel the way I do. If we pick up the waste what is the problem? It is also confusing to the tourists in the summer. They see the NO DOGS sign yet there are waste bags. Hmmm?
