I am impressed by the smooth talking mayor of NNW. No better way of getting money and permits from the State and Feds than calling them inadequate for the jobs . Iam also impressed by the engineering degrees he must have since he knows more about beach erosion and replenishment than both the feds ands state DEPs. Waste of his time for a small town he should be in Trenton or Washington where he could royally create havoc
