I am a 68 year old dialysis patient. I had to move my car three blocks up to avoid flooding. Of course it got plowed-in again and I can’t shovel anymore because of my condition. Just after noon on Sunday I went to see if I could get the car but just got it stuck more. I had a doctor’s appointment Monday and didn’t know what to do. Last storm it took 3 days for the car to melt out. Just then a couple started shoveling a few houses up. I asked if they could help me. The gentleman shoveled and pushed me out, and accepted no gratuity. Nice to see there is still kindness in the world!
