I agree with the spouter concerned with the parking on the sidewalks of the 1900 Building. People in wheelchairs and families with children must walk in the street with cars speeding up the street to unload their beach cargo, and rushing back down the street to a parking spot. Parking enforcement ignores the cars parked blocking the sidewalk without ticketing. Someone is going to be needlessly injured because tenants of the 1900 Building are "entitled" to create their own parking spot on the sidewalk. They should pay for a parking pass that would permit them to legally park at metered space.
