I agree with the spouter about not reporting stuff when they see something wrong. Like when people are not doing their jobs, not picking up dog waste, etc. Report it to the boss or cops, but spouting doesn't fix it. It's true what was said, how is anyone to know if it really happened or not if it's just spouted? And I agree, do the right thing and stop complaining.
