How can all these houseboats on 6th St. in North Wildwood, which have no motors, be allowed on the waterway? They are towed out there by ropes from the boat yard. If a fire ever starts out there, the whole dock and waterfront will go up in flames and no way to get all those boats out of there. Isn't that illegal?
