A houseful of holiday weekend guests, and I have to run out to buy bottled water because what's coming through the faucet was yellow-brown. My water bill should be adjusted to reflect not only the clean water I did not get but also the bottled water I had to buy. This is not a problem with the pipes in my house, as a business down the street had the same problem. Where do I call on a holiday weekend to report that I have water that is not fit to shower in, let alone drink?
