Hearing the entitlement defenses from second homeowners and watching the news reports of the mass exodus from NY to FL has nothing to do with property rights. Its has to do with compassion, empathy, concern for people and common sense. None of which we seem to see anymore in this world. What we have seen is selfishness at its best. Very sad.
