Why is the county requesting that North Wildwood perform a complete reassessment of our properties? The real estate market is not hot like it was in 2005 when the values were increasing by the month. Two homeowners on my block tried to sell their homes last summer and had a few people view the homes with no offers. We are a resort town where people are not buying second homes in the $400,000 to $500,000 range, especially with harder credit requirements. Perhaps we are over-assessed?
