Dogs on beach at all hours! Thanks to the Mayor of NW for not wanting to enforce the dog laws on beaches. He rewarded the law breakers with early morning and late evening hours.So what happens is they now take that to mean all hours are good. If you are not going to enforce the laws on the books take them off!. People have no respect for laws or others as we learned during the pandemic so sad.
