The digital turtle crossing signs is on again along North Wildwood Blvd. What good does it do when there is a concrete median preventing any terrapin from crossing. There is still no barrier secured to the guard rail to prevent them from trying to cross. This has been a problem for years but no elected official has done anything about it. There is no excuse for this lack of action.
