North Wildwood / Deptford - Are the spouters complaining about drinking on the beach actually seeing alcohol, or just plastic cups and assuming? Police can't arrest for cups. People probably hide their bottles when they hear their ATVs approach. Maybe it's time for undercover cops to get out there!
