People spout about teachers have no idea. College required, big money low pay (look it up), health care is no longer paid for by the school, retirement age now 65. The student is always right theses days and yes, teachers work well beyond the contracted hours, weekends, nights etc. Why is there a teacher shortage if the job is so great? I was a maintenance person at a public school, trust me I know the truth.
